HALL OF FLAME

(Click on an image for a larger picture)

One of the reasons we are all firefighters is the flame itself. Who hasn't gone to a fire and caught themselves staring at the flame. Sure, it's our job to put it out, save lives, and protect property. But there is something about the flame itself that fascinates us. Holds our attention. Keeps us coming back for more. This page is dedicated to our enemy, the flame. We will be posting pictures of some of the most impressive flames that we come accross. Also included will be pictures that we just can't explain.

We would like to add your picture to our Wall of Flame. If you have a picture of something that you would like to share, email it to our Webmaster at daveswebs@charter.net along with some details about where it was take, etc.

This one, to the left, we can't explain. It was captured during a walk through before any fire had been lit.
These pictures were taken Saturday October 21, 2006 during a practice burn at Moon Beach Camp in St. Germain Wisconsin
